Refund Policy

• Nourishment By Nature has a 10-day refund or replacement policy. If an item was received in a damaged state or has expired, it will be replaced, or the money will be refunded. 
• Consumers should note that no refund can be claimed on used products or in the event that the consumer decides not to keep the product despite a change of mind. 
• Also, there are no possibilities for receiving a refund for the purchase of soft gel products.
• For more details on the procedure and how to go about it, one can reach out to our customer service department within 4 days after order delivery with a request for a refund or replacement for the product. 
• It is important when using a damaged or expired product to have a receipt or any other form of purchase and to take photographic evidence of the defective product. 
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed.

Order Cancellation

• The customer has the option to cancel the order at any moment before it is shipped. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled. The customer has the option to refuse it at the door.
• Once the specified time has passed, there is no way to cancel the order.
• In some circumstances, the customer might not be able to cancel the order for free after the specific time; in that case, a cancellation fee would be assessed. 
• The information regarding the time frame specified on the product page or order confirmation page shall be deemed definitive.
• For pre-paid orders, a complete refund will be started in the event that the seller cancels for any reason other than what was anticipated.
• The ability to cancel any order is reserved by Nourishment By Nature. Nourishment By Nature, furthermore, retains the right to occasionally waive or change the cancellation fee or time window.
